I use the MassageBook client booking, scheduling and customer information platform and do not accept appointments by phone or text message. When you click over to the MassageBook platform, you will be asked to set up a customer profile with a password so you can return to the site for booking future appointments.
When booking your first appointment, all new clients will need to provide some basic information (name, email address, phone number, etc.). MassageBook will show dates and times when I'm available to be booked via an online calendar that synchronizes with my primary work calendar. MassageBook only displays appointment times that are available. If you are not able to find an open time on the day of your first choice, please try to select other dates. To reduce no-show appointments, all new clients are required to pay for their session in advance with a credit or debit card.
My calendar is open 60 days in advance so you have several options when booking an appointment. All appointments require a minimum of a 3 hour advance notice. A complete daily listing of my studio hours is available on the MassageBook site.
Once you select your appointment time and complete your booking, MassageBook will email you a confirmation for your appointment. All new clients must pre-pay their first appointment. New clients will also be emailed a link to complete an online intake form which must be submitted prior to your appointment. This information is used to customize your session to each client's needs and is held on a HIPPA-compliant, encrypted system that can only be accessed by Fit. Well. Fresh.
