I've completed my coursework for Saint Paul College's Personal Training Certificate program which prepares students for National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification. I will be completing the final exam early in 2018. I offer the following services to clients:
- Functional movement screen and fitness assessment - these simple tests take about 15-20 minutes to perform and will offer insights to areas you can focus on with corrective exercises and stretching. You will receive list are target areas/muscle groups that you can focus on at home or gym to improve stability and mobility. Also included in each assessment will be calculation of your heart rate target and current body fat composition. First time session is $25, additional sessions at intervals of your choosing (3-month, 6-month, etc.) are offered at $15 per session as needed.
- Stretching and self-care sessions - based on indicators from your functional movement screen, we will spend 30 minutes reviewing basic stretches and corrective exercises you can do on your own on a daily or weekly basis. Offered at $25 per session.
- Workout planning - I'll build and review your personal workout plan to help you reach your fitness goals. Pricing and details will be available in early 2018.
- Personal training - full-service, personal training at the Fit. Well. Fresh studio or in your home or apartment/condo fitness center. Personal training with me is focused on stability and strength exercises that will help you improve daily mobility/flexibility and performance in your sport of choice.
